Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
[Bread dough] Place all ingredients except butter in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes using hands or a kneader.
STEP 2/17
When the ingredients start to clump, add butter and knead smoothly for 15 to 20 minutes.

First ferment in a warm place (40) for 50 minutes.

[Soboro] In a bowl, beat in soft butter and peanut butter.

Add sugar and mix well.
STEP 6/17
Add eggs and starch syrup and mix well.
STEP 7/17
Add the powder and mix with a spatula until fluffy.
STEP 8/17
Place the finished soboro in the refrigerator until used.

Divide the dough into eight equal parts and round it.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 15 minutes.

After the intermediate fermentation, make another round.

Hold the end of the dough and soak it in water (about 2/3).

Press down on the dough and coat with Soboro.

Ferment in a warm place (40) for 30 minutes.

after secondary fermentation.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 for 10 to 15 minutes.
