STEP 1/8
Soak about 30g of dry gondre in plenty of water and let it soak for at least 8 hours. I think it's best to soak it in the evening and use it the next day.

Boil the well-soaked thistle in water for about 40 minutes.
STEP 3/8
You have to cool the well-boiled gondre as it is. If you cool it cold or cool it quickly, it may get tough again, so you can leave it still with the water off.

Wash and soak the rice while the thistle cools.
STEP 5/8
When the gondre cools, rinse it slightly with water and drain it.
And put it on top of the rice.
Just 1/2 of the amount of water you usually eat! Just half! Put it in. Water is coming out of the vegetables
Please adjust the amount of water. :)

Please make time as you usually cook. I made it a white rice cooker.
Make the sauce while the rice is cooked. You can cut the peppers, chives, and green onions. You can just season it with soy sauce
You can add red pepper powder.
If you cut up the dalae, it'll be a great sauce, right?

It's gondre rice that smells like gondre.
