Root Vegetable Salad, Healthy Meal
Crunchy~ Root vegetables with a pleasant texture and different flavors. Everyone's personality is so unique that it's fun to eat. And the sauce has savory perilla powder and fragrant citron syrup, so it tastes very good as it is.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the cucumber into three pieces, then turn it around and peel it. And shred the skin into thin slices.
STEP 2/5
Chop the ginseng, colabi, pear, carrot, sweet potato, beet, and carrot into thin slices. (You can peel it off.)
STEP 3/5
Soak sweet potatoes and beets in water for about 5 minutes. (Sweet potatoes are starchy / beat colorless, add crunchy texture.)
STEP 4/5
Put the sauce ingredients in a blender and grind them finely. (Put sesame seeds in first, and add the rest of the ingredients to grind them better.)
STEP 5/5
Just before you eat, mix the shredded vegetables with the sauce and that's it.
Based on T = 15cc, t = 5cc. The scent of citron syrup is too strong... There are a lot of people who don't like it. If it doesn't go in, it's sweet at first, so I recommend adding citron syrup.
