STEP 1/9
Cut the bacon into bite-size pieces.
Cut the green onion diagonally.
STEP 2/9
Please cut 1/4 of the kimchi, too. :)
STEP 3/9
Put 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a preheated pan over medium heat and stir-fry green onions until golden brown.
Next, put in the bacon.
STEP 4/9
When the edges of the bacon are golden, add the sour kimchi and stir-fry it well ~
STEP 5/9
When the kimchi is out of breath, add 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1/2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1/2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and 1/2 cups of water (based on paper cups) and stir-fry them over low heat.
STEP 6/9
You can stir-fry it a little more or less, depending on your preference. Don't forget to sprinkle sesame seeds as the last step. :)
(I like slightly mushy kimchi, so I stir-fried it a little more.)
STEP 7/9
Heat tofu in hot water.
(If you blanch it in boiling water, the tofu may break, so heat it in gently heated water.)
Then cut it into bite-size pieces and place it on a plate with fried bacon and kimchi, and that's it!
STEP 8/9
Fried with perilla oil and more delicious bacon tofu kimchi
Anyway, this is a side dish, but the groom didn't prepare makgeolli with such a good side dish [Laughing]
You should have bought it! [Laughing]
STEP 9/9
Anyway, I ate well today as well :)
