Ingredients
  • Soft flour
    250g
  • citron syrup
    150g
  • Honey
    50g
  • Baking powder
    15g
  • grape seed oil
    80g
  • Milk
    250ml
  • Salt
    2g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place milk, salt, grape seed oil and honey in a bowl and mix until oil is sufficiently mixed and honey is dissolved.
STEP 2/5
Add citron syrup
STEP 3/5
Sift together the flour and baking powder and mix quickly.
STEP 4/5
Pour the dough into an oiled mold.
STEP 5/5
Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated 170C oven!
When you add the powder and mix it, don't mix it too much. You have to mix it until you can't see the powder so that the dough doesn't die^^
