  • crushed garlic

  • cooking wine

  • Flour
  • egg
  • bread crumbs
  • Mayonnaise

  • Vinegar

  • Honey

  • Oy Pickle

  • chopped onion
    1~2TS
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash raw oysters lightly in salt water and drain them, then measure them for a while with brewed soy sauce, minced garlic, and fermented soybean wine or cooking wine
STEP 2/5
Make tartar sauce by adding chopped onions, chopped cucumber pickles, vinegar, and oligosaccharides based on mayonnaise: it's delicious even with boiled eggs
STEP 3/5
Coat seasoned oysters with flour -> eggs -> fried clothes in order
STEP 4/5
When the oil is heated, fry the oysters until golden brown
STEP 5/5
Serve with tartar sauce
For those who like oysters, it's okay to fry them without seasoning
