STEP 1/9
Put the red beans in a pot and boil it with water until the red beans are soaked.

After boiling once, throw away the boiled water separately.

Add 250cc of water again and boil it for 20 to 25 minutes after the water boils.

Boil the red beans until they are crushed when pressed with your fingers.

Separate the boiled water and measure it to 140cc by adding the boiled water + regular water.

Put glutinous rice, rice, red beans boiled water (+ normal water), and salt in a pot and mix well, then put red beans on top and make the surface even.

Cover and set to medium heat, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low and heat for about 10 minutes. After heating, let it simmer for at least 10 minutes.

When the rice is done, mix it gently so that the red beans do not get crushed and put it in a bowl.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame salt on top, and it's done.
