SUNGCHAN, braised konjac for 950 won
Do you like konjac? I like the soft and chewy texture, so I always put it in fish cake soup. This time, I made konjac alone. The pretty ribbon looks good with a bouncy feeling. Make it with the kids. You'll have a lot of fun. It's perfect to serve porridge or dried rice as a side dish. How to make it is super simple!

Ingredients
  • Devil's-tongue jelly
    250g
  • Cooking oil
    1/2T
  • crushed garlic
    1t
  • sesame salt
    1/2t
  • Honey
    1T
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    1T
  • thick soy sauce
    2T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • grain syrup
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Buy a square konjac and rinse it with hot water.
STEP 2/10
Cut into thin slices about 3mm thick.
STEP 3/10
Make a cut in the middle of the konjac about 1/3 of its total length.
STEP 4/10
Put one end into the cut, roll it out, and make a ribbon shape.

A ribbon in the shape of a tarae is completed.

Grease a heated pot with cooking oil and stir-fry the konjac gently.

Add all the seasoning and stir-fry it.
