Golden recipe for braised chicken with chicken breast
Thanks to the groom who's on a diet, I had a lot of chicken breast at home, so I made jjimdak with chicken breast^^ My groom tried it before and gave it a thumbs up!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pour enough water to cover chicken breast and boil with pepper and mirin (or soju)! It's to get rid of the smell of chicken!!
STEP 2/7
Potatoes while cooking chicken breast.Carrots, onions, mushrooms.Please use the ingredients
I turned the potatoes around!!It's to prevent the soup from getting cloudy

Add the amount of ingredients and mix!
Please add a cup of water I'll put in half a cup later!!
(Every house has a different salty taste of soy sauce, so try it and reduce it or add it!I used clean soy sauce^^ When you taste it, it's a bit bland?It doesn't taste deep lol

Put the chicken breast and 2/3 seasoning into the pot and boil it over high heat!!
