Cut lotus root, taro, carrot, and burdock into large pieces for cooking. Cut shiitake mushrooms to the side by side.

Add lotus root, taro, konjac, carrot, burdock, and dried shiitake all at once and stir-fry them for about 3 minutes.

Put it nicely in a bowl, pour the soup, and put the decorative pea on top, and it's done.
