Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut lotus root, taro, carrot, and burdock into large pieces for cooking. Cut shiitake mushrooms to the side by side.
STEP 2/6
To add savory taste, put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry chicken seasoned with alcohol and soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry chicken until it is cooked and the reddish color disappears.
