[Simple home cooking] Home version! Making Jeju meat noodles wit
Hello, Yumbaechuchu! Today, I made Jeju meat noodles that two yam cabbages requested. I saw it on the vivid information box before, and Jeju meat noodles are used by mixing boiled meat broth with beef bone broth or pork bone broth! So I thought about cooking the meat separately and mixing it with the soup... I thought you wouldn't follow it because it was annoying, so I put it all in one go and boiled it :D The method was a little different, but I was satisfied with the taste I expected You can just think of it as a taste of soybean paste mixed in beef bone soup by looking at the ingredients, but the meat comes out with a very delicious meat soup, which gives the taste of meat noodles. The soup is awesome! B

When the water boils, add pork belly, green onion, soybean paste, and cooking wine.
STEP 4/6

When the meat is cooked, take it out and slice it. (Remove green onions)
STEP 6/6
Put in the ramen noodles and when the noodles are cooked, it's over!
# I only used three basic sauces, commonly called red-pepper sauce! The soup was already the best, so there was no need to add more flavor to the sauce. I don't like the soup getting red when I eat rice soup or meat noodles, so I don't add any seasoning, but if you have people like me, you can skip the sauce :D # Never close the lid when boiling meat. If you put in cooking wine to blow away the smell of miscellaneous things, but if you close the lid and cook it all, you can't blow away the smell of miscellaneous things and leave it in the pot. # It depends on the size of the meat, but I think I boiled it for about 15 minutes on low heat. You increase or decrease the time depending on the condition of the meat. As long as the meat is cooked. (If you use a pot with a large area, even if the amount of water is the same, the meat is less soaked, so it cooks late. I prefer a narrow deep pot.) # You can use pork belly, pork neck, front leg meat, and beef. Use Boiled Meat! When you eat boile
