STEP 1/10
First, wash the rice clean and soak it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/10
I'll blanch the bean sprouts while the rice is soaked.
Wash bean sprouts in running water a couple of times and drain them.
STEP 3/10
Put 300ml of water in the pot.
When the water boils, throw the washed bean sprouts!
Blanch for 3-4 minutes with a little salt.
(Don't throw away the blanched bean sprouts!)
STEP 4/10
Rinse the blanched bean sprouts in cold water and drain them through a sieve!
STEP 5/10
Put the rice soaked for 30 minutes in a rice cooker, add 400ml of blanched bean sprouts, and press the cooking button to cook the rice.
(The ratio of blanched water to rice is 1:1)
STEP 6/10
When the rice is complete, add the blanched bean sprouts and cover it again to let it steam for a while.
STEP 7/10
In the meantime, prepare the sauce!
Add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped chives or green onions, 2 tablespoons of chopped peppers, 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/2 to 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of sesame oil, and sesame seeds and mix well! :)
STEP 8/10
Put a piece of butter on the bean sprout rice
STEP 9/10
Add a couple of spoons of sauce
STEP 10/10
If you fry an egg half-cooked, it's nutritious! It's delicious!
Thanks to you, I had a great weekend meal!
