STEP 1/10
Tear smoked chicken breast into bite-size pieces and shred cabbage.

Boil noodles in boiling water.
I'm going to stir-fry the noodles one more time, so cook them slightly less.

Rinse the noodles in cold water and prepare them.
STEP 4/10
Leave about 1/3 cup of boiled water for noodles.

Pour 2T of oil into a pan and add chopped green onions to make green onion oil over low heat.

When scallion is on, add cabbage and chicken breast and stir-fry over high heat for about 30 seconds.

When the cabbage is out of breath, add the boiled noodles

Please add the leftover noodles, too.

Add 2T of soy sauce and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
STEP 10/10
Add pepper to finish and mix it well again to finish.
When using raw chicken, stir-fry the chicken first, and when the chicken is cooked to a certain extent, add cabbage and stir-fry together.
