Put jalapeno in baking soda and vinegar for a while, wash it clean, and rinse it well in running water. :)

I heard that the end of the pepper collects a lot of pesticides, so I cut the end boldly :)

Cut jalapeno into 5mm thick pieces,

Put all the jalapeno slices in a glass container.

Then add all the ingredients for the pickles, boil them until the sugar melts, and turn off the heat :)

Put jalapeno (or cheongyang red pepper) in a glass bottle, pour hot pickles, and close the lid.

Mature it at room temperature for a day and refrigerate it and that's it :)

When I see jalapeno pickles in the buffet, I always bring them,
I made it at home,
I eat it as pickles,
I put it in my salad,
