Cut zucchini, onion, pepper, green onion, and mushroom into bite-size pieces.

If you stir-fry pork in an earthen pot, it sticks easily, so you put garlic in a frying pan and stir-fry about 70%.

Put 2 1/2 cups of water in an earthen pot and add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste for stew and mix well.
(I used soybean paste for stew, so I didn't season it separately.) If you just use soybean paste, you can season it with soy sauce and salt^^)

When the soybean paste is well melted and the water boils slightly, add onions and zucchini and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/6
When the stew boils, add Cheongyang red pepper and mushrooms and boil it.

If you boil it well, it's done! The end!
