STEP 1/8
Place bacon and spam in a glass bowl
Pour hot water and soak it for a while to remove impurities (this is the process that I always do when I use processed foods)

Kimchi, spam, bacon, and onions
Prepare a size that's easy to eat

Pour enough olive oil in a heated frying pan
Add kimchi and sugar first and stir-fry it, and when the kimchi seems to be seasoned to a certain extent
Add onions and stir-fry them

If the kimchi and onion are fried well
Stir-fry spam and bacon. (Both spam and bacon)
It doesn't matter if you add just one.)
STEP 5/8
Add two bowls of cold rice and stir-fry them evenly
Add olive oil on the rice
I'll add some more and stir-fry it
It becomes a moist fried rice

Add 1t of oyster sauce and season
STEP 7/8
If you add sesame oil and sesame salt
Completion

Don't cook it and pop it
If you mix it with rice
It tastes better
To make a prettier red kimchi fried rice
It'd be nice if you put in a little bit of kimchi soup, but with my daughter
I couldn't put it in because I thought it would be spicy
