STEP 1/9
Prepare the malt.
I used a tea bag!
If you use powder, soak the malt in water and let it sink before using it.

Put rice in a rice cooker and water

Put in a malt tea bag

Keep it warm.
It'll take about seven hours..
It took me a while because I put in frozen rice

When I see 2 or 3 grains of rice floating around
Take out the tea bag. (Don't squeeze it because it's a waste. If it explodes, malt powder will come out...)

Put sugar and cinnamon powder in a pot
STEP 7/9
Boil until bubbly.
STEP 8/9
Put it in a container and let it cool before you eat it.

There is a scent of cinnamon in your mouth and it has the sweet taste of sikhye.
The cooler it is, the more delicious it is
Sikhye with thin ice is good, but it was so good that I couldn't wait until it froze crying
I added cinnamon powder to the delicious black rice. It doesn't look like sikhye
It's like drinking sikhye while eating cinnamon candy?
It's like a mixture of sikhye and sujeonggwa?
