Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash citron with salt, rub the skin, squeeze the juice, and strain it once.
STEP 2/8
Peel the radish, cut it in the direction of the fiber, and then slice it diagonally.
STEP 3/8
Just like Step 2, shred the carrots.
STEP 4/8
Place carrots, radishes, and salt in a bowl for about 10 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Make a single vinegar by mixing citron juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and water.
STEP 6/8
In Step 4, wrap the radish and carrot in cotton cloth and squeeze out the water.
STEP 7/8
After squeezing the water, add the sweet vinegar to the carrot and mix it well, roll it with wrap and leave it for about 20 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Put it in a bowl and put the salmon roe in the center, and it's done.
