STEP 1/10
We didn't have the same type of ramen, so we mixed the two and made it.
There was only one row of pork belly, so I cut it into small pieces, sprinkled salt and pepper, waited for a while, and washed the bean sprouts and drained them.
STEP 2/10
If you have green onion oil, you can use it and I made it quickly. Add red pepper powder 2, soy sauce 2, cooking wine 2, minced garlic 1, green onion 3 and make green onion oil. I'm going to add pork belly, so I added cooking wine.
STEP 3/10
Add pork belly to green onion oil and cook it.
STEP 4/10
You can burn it if you cook it over high heat, so cook pork belly over low heat. As the meat cooks, red oil comes out.
STEP 5/10
When the pork belly is cooked, I added 950ml of water. I think we can add 1,000ml of water.
STEP 6/10
Add 2 soups and 2 dry ingredients and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/10
When the water boils, add ramen and boil it for 3 minutes with a timer.
STEP 8/10
It's becoming a pork bean sprouts ramen. There's no bean sprouts in it yet.
STEP 9/10
I put in three handfuls of bean sprouts. I added a lot because the crunchiness of the bean sprouts is good. Add bean sprouts and boil the timer for 1 minute.
STEP 10/10
The red pepper oil has risen and the very spicy pork bean sprouts ramen is completed.
Try cooking it with a delicacy ramen on the weekend.
