Cut the yam and apple into appropriate sizes, and prepare a pack of soy milk^^
(I prepared the yam as big as my palm.) Soy milk is 190ml, but I prepared two just in case^^. One pack is enough~)
STEP 3/3
Drink it in a cup and you're done ^^.
(Our cup is a little long, so it came out for 2 people, and a moderately large cup can be for 3 people.)
