  • non-glutinous rice
    100g
  • black sesame
    20g
  • agar
    2g
  • Salt
    2g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Soak 100g of soaked non-glutinous rice for more than 2 hours and drain.
STEP 2/6
1)Add 200mL of water to and grind to desired size in a blender.
STEP 3/6
Grind 20g of black sesame seeds in a blender with 100mL of water.
STEP 4/6
2)Add 400mL of water and 2g of agar to the desired concentration.
STEP 5/6
Season with 2g of salt at the end.
STEP 6/6
