[Baking/Oven] Making Marmorkuchen Mamokuhen, a chocolate bread l
We share the German chocolate bread recipe, which is as fun as it looks! It's a chocolate cake called Marmorkuchen that Germans like to eat with coffee and tea at tea time, and once you make it, you wonder what it looks like ^^ *If you cut it neatly, it's about 15 pieces*

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/23
Prepare the ingredients! It is better to leave the ingredients at room temperature in advance.
STEP 2/23
Cut parchment paper into molds, then butter inside the mold.
STEP 3/23
In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of butter / 170g of sugar / 1t of vanilla sugar until creamy.
STEP 4/23
Break 3 eggs into pieces.
STEP 5/23
Add 250g of soft flour,
STEP 6/23
Add 7g of baking powder.
STEP 7/23
Add 2 spoons of milk, please.
STEP 8/23
Mix by hand or using a machine. (The machine is in the middle stage)
STEP 9/23
If you have rum, add 1 spoon.
STEP 10/23
Mix it as if you're covering the dough.
STEP 11/23
Place half to two thirds of the dough in a mold.
STEP 12/23
20g of cacao in the remaining dough
STEP 13/23
20g of sugar
STEP 14/23
Add 3 spoons of milk.
STEP 15/23
Mix the dough well again.
STEP 16/23
Sweet chocolate dough is done!
STEP 17/23
Pour the rest of the chocolate dough over the half-stuffed dough. Tap it on the floor, drain the air and flatten it.
STEP 18/23
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
STEP 19/23
Since the cake is attractive because the two doughs are intertwined, we make a pattern using a fork.
STEP 20/23
The most basic shape is that you put the fork in the front of the mold at an angle
STEP 21/23
Repeat the process of pulling up the white dough on the floor by turning the fork.
STEP 22/23
Place the mold in the preheated oven.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
STEP 23/23
It's done!
We also sprinkle chocolate syrup over the cake and harden it to finish. The colorful shape is pretty, so it's good to cut it and serve it. :)

I cut it in half and used 60 grams of brown rice oil because I didn't have enough butter. But it's still sweet and delicious. For my oven, it burns quickly on the outside and the inside is not cooked, so I'll bake it at 170 degrees next time.
