Ingredients
  • a gwamegi
    3ea
  • chili
    1ea
  • Garlic
    2piece
  • Ginger
    little
  • thick soy sauce
    2T
  • cooking wine
    2T
  • Sugar
    0.5T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the skin of the gwamegi and place it in a pan side by side
STEP 2/7
If you grill it on a low heat in an oil-free pan, you'll get quite a bit of oil
STEP 3/7
Since it's stir-fried, I'm going to take out a little bit of pepper seeds
STEP 4/7
Cooking oil. Stir-fry garlic on low heat
STEP 5/7
Mix soy sauce cooking wine, sugar, shredded ginger, and pour it Add chili peppers. If it's a bit bubbly
STEP 6/7
Cut the gwamegi and put it in Stir-fry until the sauce doesn't boil down too much and then turn off the heat. (Sesame oil if you like)
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle sesame seeds. Done
It's better to add or subtract more seasoning. If you add a bit of sesame oil, it's less fishy and glossy
