STEP 1/8
Wash bean sprouts in water and cut fish cakes into bite-sized pieces
Cut the radishes in pieces, and shred the onions.

Pour 7 cups of water into a pot and boil anchovy kelp stock.

When the broth starts to boil, add 1 soy sauce and 1 anchovy sauce
Add the radish and bring to a boil together.
* I used a tea bag for broth.
When you make broth with anchovies and kelp
When the water starts to boil, take out the kelp after 10 minutes
Reduce the heat and boil for another 20 minutes to make anchovy kelp stock.
Then you can put in the radish and boil.

When the radish is 90% cooked, add the onions
STEP 5/8
When the onions become transparent, add fish cake
STEP 6/8
Next, add bean sprouts
Open the lid and boil it
STEP 7/8
Try it and finish the seasoning with salt, then add green onion and pepper.
You can cut and add Cheongyang red pepper or add red pepper powder to your liking
