Ingredients
  • agar
    5g
  • Water
    200g
  • Sugar
    300g
  • food coloring
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare the ingredients. First, put water in the pot and add agar powder
STEP 2/12
Add agar powder and boil it for about 5 minutes first!
STEP 3/12
Then, add sugar and mix it. Boil it for 5 to 6 minutes
STEP 4/12
If you boil it for 5 minutes, it feels thick. Do not boil for too long, and pour into a pre-prepared glass container when it is thick enough
STEP 5/12
If you want to remove the jelly from the glass container later, you can put some cooking oil on it!
STEP 6/12
Pour it to the right height Height doesn't matter, but if it's high, it needs to be dried longer!
STEP 7/12
Dip the desired pigment into the toothpick and mix it
(Gradation and whatever you want~)
STEP 8/12
When you're done putting in the pigment, let it harden in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours!
STEP 9/12
Separate the glass container from the jelly
STEP 10/12
You can cut it into any size you want, or you can take it off with your hands
STEP 11/12
If you cut it, dry it for at least 3 to 4 days and dry it for at least 5 days So that it dries evenly, turn it upside down
STEP 12/12
As time goes by, it becomes opaque and if you dry it for about 5 days, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy!Haha
Make it pretty, everyone.
At first, you'll be able to feel the soft kohakuto getting crispy as time goes by The longer you dry it, the more crisp it becomes! It doesn't have a special taste, but it tastes like sugar + red bean jelly. Please refer to it! https://blog.naver.com/vitnal_bin/221190956461

It's really delicious. It's tight. It's fresh. It's really crispy. I want to make it again, but we don't have agar in our house. It's really funny. And it's not a translator.I am Korean.

I live in Japan ^^ I've eaten a lot, but it's my first time making it. I made it well. :) If you don't have pigments, syrup for shaved ice??You can add a little bit.Blue Hawaii (blue) or red strawberry syrup, etc. But it tastes strong, so I think you can control the amount
