Beef fillet is cooked in a different way using all-around soy sauce. People usually grill beef fillet meat, but Daone made it like bulgogi using multi-purpose soy sauce. These days, I enjoy eating Puchuk meat, and I used beef flesh to give it a chewing texture.

Cooking Steps

Add the amount of multi-purpose soy sauce until the meat is seasoned evenly seasoned.

Chop the mushrooms into appropriate sizes, blanch slightly, and add a little salt when blanching.

Squeeze the blanched mushrooms into the meat and add a little more soy sauce.

I prepared a variety of vegetables and mushrooms to eat more than just meat. If there is bell pepper here, the color and taste are good.
