Boil spaghetti noodles as you normally eat and take them out

In the meantime, slice onions and green onions

Grill pork belly as usual

When the pork belly is cooked in moderation, stir-fry minced garlic with the oil that came out of the pork belly until it turns brown, stir-fry onion green onions, and cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces. If you don't have enough oil, add 1T of olive oil and stir-fry together

Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce
STEP 6/7
When the pork belly, minced garlic, onion, and green onion are all cooked, add the spaghetti noodles and stir-fry the sauce over low heat

It's delicious yakisoba
You can add katsuobushi to suit your taste
Instead of pork belly, you can add shrimp or bacon favorite seafood or meat
