Leftover sashimi, making fish cutlet at home
I bought a plate of raw fish from Costco, but there was raw fish left.. I'll just cook and eat raw fish rice the next morning And I put it in the refrigerator Since it's breakfast, there are no vegetables for sashimi rice, so I changed the menu right away!! I fried the remaining circuit and made fish cutlet. Making fish cutlet that was left at home with the best response since the morning I'll tell you the recipe!! simple and simple

Ingredients
  • flatfish sashimi
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Frying flour
    200ml
  • bread crumbs
    200ml
  • Cooking oil
    250ml
  • ground pepper
    suitably
  • Salt
    suitably
  • Mayonnaise
    2spoon
  • Honey
    1spoon
  • Vinegar
    2drop
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
This much halibut sashimi is left
STEP 2/11
Season raw fish with pepper and salt.
STEP 3/11
Put frying powder on both sides first
STEP 4/11
I'll break 2 eggs and coat them with egg mixture
STEP 5/11
At the end, dabbing the bread crumbs!!
STEP 6/11
Reduce the heat to low and add sashimi
Fry it crispy!
Sashimi doesn't have to be cooked too much
You just have to fry it until the color of the frying gets pretty

Mix 2 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of honey, and 2 drops of vinegar together

He said he never imagined that he would fry the raw fish he ate yesterday
My daughter gave me a thumbs up saying that the fish cutlet was so good ;)
