STEP 2/11
Season raw fish with pepper and salt.

Put frying powder on both sides first

I'll break 2 eggs and coat them with egg mixture

At the end, dabbing the bread crumbs!!

Reduce the heat to low and add sashimi
Fry it crispy!
Sashimi doesn't have to be cooked too much
You just have to fry it until the color of the frying gets pretty

This is the flatfish sashimi I ate yesterday.. Can you believe it? LOL

Mix 2 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of honey, and 2 drops of vinegar together
He made me some sauce ;)
Raw flatfish turned into a fish cutlet!

It went really well with the fish cutlet.

It's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, so it's soft raw flatfish fish cutlet!
It's perfect for the rest of the sashimi ;)

Small sashimi lumped together and fried it at once, so it's big lol
My husband said, "The raw fish was this big
He said he never imagined that he would fry the raw fish he ate yesterday
My daughter gave me a thumbs up saying that the fish cutlet was so good ;)
Make sure you make the leftover fish cutlet at home It's absolutely delicious!
