How to make clear beef potato soup, light and strong winter soup
It was so cold that I couldn't live without hot soup. So I made clear beef potato soup today :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, cut the potatoes a little thickly, soak them in cold water for about 5 minutes to remove starch, and strain them through a sieve.
Prepare the beef with a kitchen towel to remove the blood.

Slice 1/2 onions and prepare 1/2 green onion and 1 red pepper diagonally.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, beef from soup, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a pan preheated over medium heat.

If the beef surface is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry with a little bit of potato and pepper.

If it's cooked enough, add 1,400ml of water or broth and boil it.
Please remove the foam, too.

Add sliced onions, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid, and 1 tablespoon of mirin and boil it.

Lastly, add a little pepper, and add the slanted green onion and red pepper and finish!

I think the soup is thicker and more savory because I put in more beef than when I usually cook the beef potato soup
