Ingredients
  • egg
    1ea
  • Flour
    2TS
  • Milk
    100g
  • Butter
    5g
  • Salt
    1little
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Fruit
  • whipped cream
  • Strawberry jam
  • Chocolate
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Place dough ingredients in a large enough bowl and mix well.
(The flour was not enough because I mixed it, so I added about half a spoon more. And butter doesn't melt well if it's in the refrigerator, so it's more convenient if you melt it.)
STEP 2/10
Add milk and mix well. (Make the dough less watery than milk and strain it once if it doesn't disappear well.)
STEP 3/10
Melt the butter in a pan and coat evenly with a kitchen towel.
STEP 4/10
Preheat the pan over low heat and pour in the dough. (Don't panic if it's cooked like in the picture, and fill the hole with a spoon.) (The temperature was perfect when it was set to 5 by our induction standard.)
STEP 5/10
About 10 spoons is enough for me. The bottom needs to be cooked enough to not tear and flip easily, so cook it thoroughly. (When you flip it, it's easier to flip it over with the pan in a place where there's no heat.)
STEP 6/10
When I finished making it, I got 3 doughs that are a little smaller than a spoon and another dough that is about a quarter of the size.
STEP 7/10
One is whipped cream and banana
STEP 8/10
The other is filled with strawberry jam and banana, fold it in half, and fold it in half again.
STEP 9/10
The other one is decorated with chocolate. (I only have bananas at home, so I only use bananas, but I can use other fruits such as strawberries and kiwis.)
STEP 10/10
I bought fresh cream from a local bakery, but each place has a different sweetness, so you have to try it in advance and adjust the amount.
You can use oil instead of butter, but it may reduce the flavor. Beginners need to cook slowly over low heat so that they can cook it without burning or tearing it.
