Sticky rice strawberry toast
I thought of Injeolmi Toast while thinking about snacks for children during winter vacation. It's boring to make only Injeolmi toast, so we decided to add strawberries, winter fruits, to increase nutritional value and taste!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Spread strawberry jam on 1 out of 2 slices of bread.
STEP 2/8
Slice a strawberry on the rest of the bread.
STEP 3/8
I'm going to make sticky rice cake, add 1 cup of sticky rice powder, 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar, and add 3 spoons of water and mix them.

Microwave the dough made in 3 for 40 seconds three times, take it out, and knead it with starch to prevent it from sticking to your hands.

Steam half of the dough made in 4 and place it on the side with strawberry jam.
STEP 6/8
Coat the strawberry with chocolate or red bean paste and wrap it with the remaining sticky rice cake. Next, coat the surface with starch powder evenly.

Overlap 2 slices of bread 5 times and microwave it for about 50 seconds.

Lastly, put the strawberry sticky rice cake made in 6 and sprinkle the strawberry jam on top.
It's a snack made with children, so please be careful not to burn your hands when making glutinous rice dough.
