Cooking Steps

Place cold butter in mixture of salt, flour and baking powder and chop

Add the buttermilk and make a really rough batch. If there is no butter milk, add a spoonful of vinegar to 140g of milk and use after 10 minutes. Rest the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
