You can prepare 1 can of whelk, 1 cucumber, and noodles.

First, open a can of whelk and wash it with cold water. After washing the whelks, if there's a big whelk in the can, it's better to cut them in half

Next, prepare the cucumber. Don't peel the cucumber completely, but leave some of the skin to make the texture and color pretty.

Prepare to shred the cucumber.
If you cut it wide, you can cut it in layers

Add the sea snail seasoning ingredients introduced above and mix them. You can add more vinegar or sugar to your liking.

Now boil the noodles, lay the noodles on the bottom, and put the cut ingredients on top and put them in a big bowl.

They put in the sauce, but I think the whelk looks pretty, so I sprayed the sauce on both sides to avoid the whelk.

Put sesame oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds. Then, sea snail noodles are done!
