Cooking Steps

Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits because it is rich in fiber and doesn't have high calories compared to its sweetness. A good pineapple has small, hard leaves, and about a third of the skin color changes from green to yellow. Since the nectar is gathered at the bottom, you can eat a more delicious pineapple if you leave the leaf part down for a day. Tropical fruits are not recommended to be refrigerated. I hate refrigerators as I grew up in hot countries.~~~
