Stir-fried cucumber super simple side dish
Cucumber that's refreshingly good to just wash and eat with one. It's a super simple side dish, stir-fried cucumber. I bought a lot to make cucumber pickles, so I tried stir-frying them.

Ingredients
  • Cucumber

  • a thick salt

  • Cooking oil

  • roasted salt

  • Sesame oil

  • black sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare cucumbers by rubbing them in thick salt and washing them in running water.
STEP 2/5
Cut the cucumber into round pieces and marinate it in half a tablespoon of thick salt.
Toss it in the middle and wash it in cold water.
STEP 3/5
Put it in a cloth or piping bag and squeeze the water out.
STEP 4/5
Add a little bit of oil and stir-fry it. Since it was salted, season it with a pinch of roasted salt or gon salt to suit your taste. When it's done, turn off the heat and mix it with 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil.
