Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut guamegi into bite-size pieces.Put cooking oil in a pot and stir-fry cut kimchi.
STEP 2/4
Pour 4 cups of kelp stock and boil.
STEP 3/4
Boil over high heat for 5 minutes and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
STEP 4/4
Add gwamegi, red pepper powder, and cooking wine and boil for another 5 minutes to complete with green onions and peppers.

    The recipe was so perfect...I can't eat it at all because of the fishy tasteI purposely made the water again and did the recipe as it is...I guess I don't like fishI was going to throw away gwamegi in the end, but I'm going to throw away kimchi onlyBut thanks to the recipe, I researched and studied how to catch fishy flavors.
