Beef tartare, an unusual raw meat dish
I wanted to enjoy raw meat in a different way, so I followed it after reading a cookbook at home. When I tried it, it was cool, it was savory, and I could feel a unique scent. Should I say that it's like raw meat that you eat at a restaurant

  • Beef
    150g
  • egg

  • onion

  • olive oil

  • Whole Grain Mustard
    1/2T
  • Oostasos
    1/2T
  • caper
    1/2T
  • Salt

  • Whole pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the onion and caper into small pieces.
STEP 2/8
Soak chopped onions in water for 5 minutes. After that, you have to squeeze out the water.
STEP 3/8
And cut the raw meat into small pieces that are good to scoop with a spoon.
STEP 4/8
Add a little bit of liver pepper and salt to this and mix.
STEP 5/8
Add olive oil, Worcester sauce, capers and mustard and mix to make sauce.
STEP 6/8
Add the sauce to the seasoned meat and mix it,
STEP 7/8
Add the drained onion and mix well one more time.
STEP 8/8
Make the shape of the mixed meat pretty, then put the yolk on top and mix it well right before you eat it.
Based on T = 15cc, t = 5cc. Some people may not like it because it smells and tastes different from the raw beef they usually eat.
