Prepare 6 bananas, 5 castella, and 5 cups of sticky rice flour paper.

Put only 4 bananas in a bowl and mash them with plastic gloves on.

Put it in boiling water and bring it to a boil.
(When it starts to cook, the dough floats on the water. I boiled it for about 7 minutes and it was cooked well^^)

I put the dough out of the pot in the prepared ice water (it gets more chewy).

Dress the surface with the powdered castella^^.
