Oil N0, tofu made with whole wheat flour
Tofu cookies, There are a lot of people who like it, right? It's good that there's tofu in it, but rather than buying it I made it at home because I wanted to add better ingredients. It's better to buy food that attracts your taste buds I use whole wheat flour for this tofu snack I didn't use any oil. It's a bit rough, but it's still delicious... I keep eating it because it's crispy and savory.

  • Soft flour
    50g
  • Sugar
    80g
  • Salt

  • black sesame

  • Tofu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix the flour and put it through a sieve
Crush the tofu.
STEP 2/7
Add salt, sugar, and black sesame seeds to flour and mix.
STEP 3/7
Add eggs and crushed tofu to 2, mix them with a spatula, and knead them with your hands.
STEP 4/7
Put it in a plastic bag and leave it in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
STEP 5/7
Take out the dough and roll it thinly with a rolling pin on a workstation sprinkled with extra flour.
STEP 6/7
Cut (diamond, square...) in the shape you want and place it on a pan with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
STEP 7/7
Cool the finished snack in a cooling net.
The dough needs to be thin to be crispy and delicious. After cooling completely, place it in an airtight container and close the lid tightly. The temperature and time of the oven may vary slightly, so please adjust it.
