STEP 1/6
Cut kimchi into small pieces and cut ham into 0.5x0.5x0.5 cubes.
STEP 2/6
Grease a pan, add green onion, give green onion oil, add kimchi, and stir-fry sugar.
Make a fried egg in another pan.

When the kimchi is cooked in moderation, add ham, soy sauce, and red pepper paste, and continue to stir-fry.

Add rice and crush the rice like it's poking, and when it's half mixed, add sesame oil and mix it again.

Put the fried rice in the middle and sprinkle cheese around it. After that, close the lid and cook over low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Put an egg on top of the rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds or parsley on top of it's done.
Additional onions or mushrooms are delicious. Kimchi is good if you put it together without squeezing the kimchi soup. Rice should be cooked on low heat for a long time when dissolving cheese is sure to melt it over low heat for a long time.
Fried eggs are delicious if you eat them together without bursting the yolk.
