- Slice (or chop) horizontally
- a large slice of bacon
- shredded paprika
- Place bok choy tip well (Cut big leaves in half)

- Boil the udon noodles in boiling water

Tip. The noodles become chewy and you can get rid of the sour taste of commercial udon noodles. If you just put it in, it doesn't dissolve well and it boils, so please boil it even if it's cumbersome.

- Put some oil on the pan and stir-fry green onions and minced garlic

- When the garlic starts to brown, add bacon and shrimp and stir-fry it

Tip. Cook bok choy with residual heat.

1. You can change the vegetables and ingredients according to the refrigerator situation.
2. If you don't have enough seasoning, add soy sauce or oyster sauce.
