Today is the day I'm really craving tofu from the market! I visited Sammi Market because I was craving hot tofu. It doesn't have to be seasoned. It's salty! Hanmo 1,500 won! It's big and I think I'll open 5 bottles of makgeolli if I eat it right away I can see the bean sprouts right next to tofu today So suddenly! For the first time in my life, I decided to make bean paste stew

Ingredients
  • bean paste soup
    2bowl
  • Pork
    1handful
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Kimchi
    1handful
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Sesame oil
    3spoon
  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Step 1. Heat the pan with sesame oil,
Cook minced garlic and front leg pork. (I was told to marinate for an hour to get rid of the smell, but I just did it right away.)
STEP 2/5
Step 2. Add sliced kimchi to make it easy to eat
Stir-fry it.
STEP 3/5
Add onions, green onions, and peppers and stir-fry them together
STEP 4/5
Step3. Put in the soy sauce from the market,
Pour water little by little to adjust the concentration.
(I like small things, so I poured a bowl of soup.)
STEP 5/5
Step 4. Boil it well.
(For me, about 15 minutes? I boiled the onion that was divided by the spicy taste until it was cooked.)
Put colorful garnish on it and you're done.
The savory and sweet kimchi bean stew is done!
