Trim the rapeseed vegetables, wash them thoroughly, and drain. If you boil water before washing up, you can make vegetables faster.

When the water boils up, add a spoonful of salt, stir well with rape, take it out after 5 seconds, and wash it in cold water. You have to wash it in cold water to prevent the rape from dying further due to residual heat.

Squeeze the rinsed rapeseed in cold water. If there is water, water can form when seasoned with vegetables and it can go bad easily, so squeeze the water as tightly as possible.

It's very simple seasoning. The scent of rapeseed will stay alive. Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of chopped green onion, sesame seeds and sesame oil, and season with salt. Mix them together as if washing the laundry so that the seasoning is cut well.

A bag of rapeseed that was so much decreased in amount. So a bag of rapeseed seems to be a lot, but if you actually make it into a vegetable, the amount is reduced by one-third.
