That day...Last weekend..I won't forget..LOL I almost left Gangneung right away...;;;; That's why I made cockle salad and cockle bibimbap!! It's even better to enjoy it at home

Cooking Steps

Soak cockles in cold water and desalinate with thick salt.

Cover it with cooking foil and leave it alone.
Let stand for more than 30 minutes.

When the cockle opens its mouth about two-thirds, remove from the heat.

Please take the cockle water that comes out separately while removing the flesh.
I'll put it in the sauce.

2 tablespoons of cockle water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, plenty of sesame salt
I don't put sesame oil and red pepper powder in the sauce.
If you don't have plum extract, you can replace it with sugar or oligosaccharide.
But when plum extract catches the fishy taste of cockles..If you have plum extract, please put it in^^

You can add Cheongyang red pepper. I..With crunchy peppers
Add a lot of green onions.
