Wash sweet potatoes clean under running water.

Slice thinly within 5mm thickness.

Put sweet potatoes and water in a bowl and drain the starch.

Drain in a sieve and drain again using a kitchen towel.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and mix well with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Mix butter sauce evenly with sweet potatoes.

Spread the sweet potatoes in the pan and prepare.

Bake for about 10 minutes in a 200 degree preheated oven.
If the shape of the sweet potato is cheesy and the color is yellowish, take it out one by one.

Spread out and cool the crispy, well-baked sweet potato chips.
You can sprinkle parsley powder according to your preference.
If the sweet potatoes are undercooked, you can set them aside and cook them again in the oven,
You can cook it on a dry pan over low heat.
If you make it with 3 sweet potatoes, it'll overflow even if you fill it with 2 hands...Haha
It's more economical than buying and eating, and you can enjoy snacks healthier.
