Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare each material.
STEP 2/6
First, put the ramie clams in water and remove them.
Next, add thick salt and mirin to the octopus and rub it hard!
Tip. This cooking wine will help you get rid of the fishy smell of octopus!
STEP 3/6
Cut radishes and cabbages 3cm in all directions, and slice zucchini half-moon to make them easy to eat.
Next, cut the water parsley into 4cm pieces, and if you cut the green onions and peppers sideways, vegetables for Yeonpotang are ready!

Pour anchovies and kelp stock into a pot and boil it with pre-cut radishes, cabbages, pumpkins, and clams.

When it boils, add the main ingredients, octopus, prepared cheongyang red pepper, red pepper, green onion, and water parsley. Then add the minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and mirin for cooking wine and boil it until the octopus is cooked.
