Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Dig 3 grooves into the sieve flour and mix them with the powder.
STEP 2/13
Add lukewarm water and knead.
STEP 3/13
When it is somewhat lumpy, add butter and knead.
STEP 4/13
When the dough is finished, make it round, apply canola oil to the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it for 50 minutes.

Make sure the dough is well fermented. (Spider web)

Divide it into 98g pieces and circle it.
(The reason for the wrap is not to dry the surface.)
STEP 7/13
Roll the dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
STEP 8/13
After rolling the dough, spread both ends sharply on one side and thinly and widely on the other.
STEP 9/13
Roll the wide part outward and stick it on.
STEP 10/13
Boil sugar and baking soda in boiling water and blanch the dough back and forth for 20 seconds. (40 seconds in total)
STEP 11/13
I'm going to pan it out according to the pan.

Preheat the oven for 180 degrees 10 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees 20 minutes.
STEP 13/13
It's complete!!!
Boil baking soda with water and do not let it blanch for more than a minute.
