Making strawberry sticky rice cake
I made "chap-ssap-tteok" meaning that everyone should do well on the CSATs. It's a sticky rice cake with all three beats, chewy, sweet, and refreshing

Ingredients
  • glutinous rice flour
    200g
  • Water
    200g
  • Salt
    1g
  • Sweet jelly of red beans
    4ea
  • Sugar
    30g
  • potato starch
    little
  • Strawberry
    6ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix glutinous rice flour with sugar and salt.
STEP 2/7
Add hot water and knead.
(Make sure to make the dough~)
STEP 3/7
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. When it comes out, mix it once and heat it for 2 more minutes. (4 minutes in total)
STEP 4/7
Spread the starch widely and make the sticky rice dough not stick together.
(You can use any starch powder!!! I used potato starch^^)
STEP 5/7
Cover the strawberries with red bean jelly and spread the glutinous rice dough to seal them well.
I crushed the red bean jelly and put it on the strawberry I couldn't take a picture separately .)
STEP 6/7
When the suture is finished, coat it with starch powder evenly.
STEP 7/7
It's complete!!!
Make sure to! Make sure to!!! Hot water, please. If you use cold water, you might not be able to knead.

    It's good to make rice cake after finishing the ingredients. It cools down faster than you think, so there's a part that clumps up when it's wrapped I made it in 3 sizes. It was really good. I enjoyed the food
