STEP 1/10
Preparation of materials
STEP 2/10
- Slice the green onions long and thin sideways
Tip. You can prepare green onion salad, or it's hard to cut green onion salad at home, and it's not good to get tangled when you put it in food, so I prepared it by cutting it sideways as thinly as possible.
- slicing garlic into thick slices
- Cut the mushrooms in half and slice them sideways
STEP 3/10
- Mix soy sauce seasoning and seasoned scallions in a bowl
STEP 4/10
It's a long, thinly sliced green onion. It doesn't get tangled, it's not too soft when stir-fried, and I always cut green onion salad like that.
STEP 5/10
- Mixing scallions with seasoned scallions
STEP 6/10
- Stir-fry sliced pork belly and garlic in a dry pan
STEP 7/10
- When the meat starts to cook, soy sauce,
STEP 8/10
- Stir-fry with pine mushrooms
Tip. Cook the meat thoroughly because the scallions die quickly. If you have a child, please make it up to here and put some food for the child. It's neither sweet nor salty, so it's perfect for eating children.
STEP 9/10
- When the meat is cooked, stir-fry the mixed green onions,
Mix well and turn off the heat when the green onion dies.
STEP 10/10
Then I'm done with the pork belly!!
1. You can skip the mushrooms. Add the amount of garlic as you like.
2. If the seasoning is bland, add soy sauce and sugar for sweetness.
3. I used the pork neck with a plane. I thought there was only sliced pork belly, but there was also sliced pork neck. You can use either of them.
